For the fifth consecutive year, The Best Lawyers in America has recognized Brousseau Naftis & Massingill shareholder Elayna Naftis Erick for her work in family law. Additionally, she earned a spot on the 2024 list for collaborative law.

A frequent writer on family law topics, Elayna shares her expertise on the firm’s blog, where she’s discussed perennial topics such as prenuptial agreements and common questions for divorced parents, and provides topical commentary on family law issues in the news.
Outside of her law practice, Elayna is an active member of the Dallas community, serving on The Lamplighter School Parents’ Association board, and previously on the school’s Annual Fund Committee. Elayna is also a member of the Goodwill Dallas board of directors.
