For another year, Brousseau Naftis Erick & Massingill shareholders Matthew Naftis and Elayna Naftis Erick have been recognized by Super Lawyers as top practitioners in their fields.
This year also brings a new addition to the firm’s roster of honorees: Arianna L. Smith, who has been named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, which recognizes attorneys who are early in their careers.
Although Super Lawyers singled him out for his work in real estate, Matthew’s practice includes a full spectrum of business matters. Following last month’s Best Lawyers in America honors, Elayna was similarly recognized by Super Lawyers for her family law practice. Arianna, whose practice includes family law and business litigation, was recognized for her work in business litigation.

These distinctions come on the heels of broader recognition for the firm itself. Brousseau Naftis Erick & Massingill was named to the 2025 edition of Best Law Firms and earned a spot on Texas Lawyer’s list of the top family law firms in Dallas.
