Super Lawyers recognizes outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achieve ment. The selection process includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. Only 5% of attorneys in each state are named to Super Lawyers, and no more than 2.5% are named to Rising Stars.

“These recognitions reflect not only legal skill, but the trust our clients place in us every day,” Elayna said. “Because our attorneys focus on different areas, we’re able to support clients through more than just a single issue. They come to us for help addressing the entire scope of legal issues that might crop up in daily life and business.”

Known for her strategic approach and steady guidance, Elayna leads the firm’s award-winning family law practice, where she counsels clients on matters ranging from divorce to child custody and adoption. Outside of her law practice, Elayna serves on the St. Mark’s Parents’ Association and the board of directors for Goodwill Dallas.

A veteran real estate attorney and business litigator, Matthew represents clients in real estate, small business matters, and creative arts issues from start to finish. He has tailored his practice to accommodate his clientele, the majority of whom are small business owners and organizations seeking to protect and grow their assets.

Arianna is a civil litigator and family lawyer with a broad-based practice who represents individuals and companies in a variety of commercial disputes as well as family law matters. She previously worked with the Texas Civil Rights Project as a pro bono member of the attorney task force on voting rights, as well as advocated for disability rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
